These Terms of Service govern your use of LanternWay VPN. Take time to review them before connecting. If you choose to use the service after that opportunity, you accept these terms. Otherwise, please refrain from using it.
Setting up your connection
The app uses Android VpnService, subject to your approval of the system VPN authorization request. You choose when to connect and can end the session or revoke authorization in Android settings. Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Conduct that is permitted
Use the service in accordance with applicable law and other people's rights. Fraud, harassment, malicious software distribution, unauthorized access and deliberate network disruption are prohibited. Your activities remain your responsibility, including compliance with the conditions of external services you use.
Practical service limits
A connection may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, device compatibility or infrastructure changes. Availability, performance and access to specific destinations can vary. The service does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every website will be reachable.
Responding to problems
Material breaches, security threats, misuse or legal obligations may lead to restrictions on access. Measures will be proportionate and reasonable. Notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue will be offered where practical and permitted by law.
Legal protections and changes
Liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited only where applicable law permits. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies, and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remain intact. Updated terms will be published here; material changes will receive appropriate notice and any legally required consent before taking effect. Send questions through the developer contact details in LanternWay VPN's app store listing.
